Traditional Portrait Commission Form

Here’s how the process works: This form will send me your contact information and your commission request. From there, I will contact you with my timeframe and any follow-up questions I have about your commission. I will send my Venmo (or another form of preferred payment) to receive half payment before the work has begun. After the piece is finished, a photo of it will be sent to you. Once confirmed, I well expect the second half of the commission price to be payed, and then I will ship your painting to you!
